Capabilities

Precision Manufacturing at Scale.

From prototype support to millions of parts per year. Advanced capabilities delivering consistent quality for the world’s most demanding applications.

A World of Stamping

More than meets the eye.

There’s a lot more to Small Parts than our name implies. Our highly integrated tool & process engineering team delivers maximum tool life and zero-defect parts, whether you need a few hundred prototypes or several million production units a year.

We seldom just stamp and ship. From material selection through secondary operations, finishing, and assembly, we manage the entire process — so the part you receive is line-ready, qualified, and consistent.

“Our name is Small Parts, but there’s a world of stamping manufacturing that goes into our business.”

Quality Assurance

Automated qualification, every part.

Every facility includes automated qualification systems — vision inspection, eddy current testing, and calibration — ensuring consistency across millions of parts. We don’t just stamp and ship.

Built Into Every Production Line
Vision Inspection
In-line camera systems flagging dimensional and surface anomalies before parts move downstream.
Eddy Current Testing
Non-destructive testing for material consistency, hardness, and subsurface defects on critical parts.
Calibration Systems
Continuous calibration and statistical process control to maintain tolerances across million-piece runs.
CMM & Metrology
Coordinate measuring machines verifying critical dimensions to AS9100 and IATF 16949 standards.
Medical-Grade Cleaning
Validated cleaning processes for components destined for insulin pumps, cochlear implants, and other devices.
Documentation & Traceability
Full lot traceability from coil receipt through final shipment — required for aerospace and automotive programs.
